What is ACTION / READ / LOW — then draft the replies?

Labels alone are not enough. EmailTriage drafts replies for action items so you review and send.

EmailTriage classifies and drafts replies for an inbox using a four-step ingest, classify, route, and confirm workflow.

How does EmailTriage classify mail?

It ingests messages, assigns confidence-scored labels and priority, routes by category SLA, then asks you to confirm; low-confidence items stay with you.

Does EmailTriage need OAuth or full inbox access?

No — paste-only labeling is enough for a one-time backlog pass, which keeps permissions simple.

Is there a free tier?

Free includes 1 run per day with a watermarked export; paid tiers cover higher volume.

Does it send replies automatically?

No — it drafts replies; you confirm and send from your own client.

Label pasted mail without opening a mailbox

EmailTriage asks you to paste one email per line. Each line is labeled ACTION, READ, or LOW. ACTION lines also get a short reply draft. You copy that text. The product does not log into a mailbox, send mail, or auto-reply.

What the label means

ACTION is a reading that the line looks like it needs a reply. READ can wait. LOW looks like a blast or a notice. These are not measured scores and they do not start a response-time clock.

What you still do

Open your own mail client. Paste the draft if you want to answer. Nothing leaves this product as a sent message.
